USEFUL INFORMATION

Bar hours:
Monday to Thursday 17:00 to 19:00
Fridays 16:00 to 20:00
Saturdays 12:00 to 23:00
Sundays 12:00 to 18:00
Gym and other facilities:  Open from 05:00 to 22:00 daily  

Reception:
Mondays – Fridays 08:00 to 17:00
Contact Reception for an appointment to speak with the Manager, Accounts Controller or Security Manager.  

Household refuse: 
Put out on Tuesdays before 08:00 in black refuse bags. Wheelie bins may be used.  No refuse to be put out the day before and bins must be put away on the same day.  Bins to be out of site from the street when stored. Household refuse may also be taken and deposited at the “refuse Yard”  at the front gate. Key with Security at the Gate House.
Recycling: 
Put out on Tuesdays before 08:00, clear bags.  Additional recyclable items may be taken to the refuse yard at the Gate.  Key with Security at the Gate House.
Garden refuse:
Put out on Wednesdays in Green bags or cut into manageable sections.  Alternatively one can take one’s own garden cuttings and refuse to the local Refuse Transit station adjoining Zwelihle, Hermanus.

Action Form
For any action that is needed on the Estate.  The information first goes to the Opsmanager, who then disperses this to the Security Manager or Maintenance, depending on the issue e.g. “The light along the pathway by the stairs between Rock Kestrel and Wagtail is out. Please change the globes.” This will then be attended to.
